Cancellation & Refund Policy

EGYMARTECH believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
• Cancellation requests will be considered only if made immediately after placing the order.
• Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to the vendor/merchant and the shipping process has been initiated.
• Cancellation requests are not accepted for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, or similar products.
Refund Policy
• In case of receipt of a damaged or defective product, the customer must report the issue to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Refund requests will be processed only after verification by the merchant.
• If the product received is not as described on the website, the customer must notify the Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery.
• For products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are requested to contact the manufacturer directly.
Refund Processing
• Once a refund request is approved by EGYMARTECH, the refund will be processed within 1–2 business days.
• The credited amount may take additional time to reflect in the customer’s account depending on the payment method and bank processing timelines.
